First I wanted to admit that I think you are an amazing photographer with brillant works. I must say that this photograph has been one of my favorites to see and definitely a top fav of my own.

The mood is so calm and peaceful though it can show so much. The father's expression looks almost as if in thought or confusion as if so much is going on in his mind but at the same time his emotion is relaxed due to the sleeping child. The lighting was brilliant equally balancing white, black, as well as the gray in between. A most equal balance for a scene just a balance with mood as well.
