We guess it's about giving to the ones that are in need!
And here we have a very serious situation...
^bQw, Brian Webb, dA's Street Gallery Moderator, member of the Yard and a great guy, is in need.
Directly from his journal, Brian tells us what happened to him:

"Not a lot to say. I've been AWOL for a couple of weeks, but the hospital I was in didn't have 'net access.

Yeah, hospital.

I was feeling lethargic. Went to see a doctor and a blood test showed a WBC 4x normal (27,000) and a RBC 1/2 normal. They also eventually found a tumor in my right leg.

So I lost my right leg.

I just got back home from the hospital but still have a couple weeks of healing to do, followed by a month of therapy.

But I'm okay, especially considering I was probably only a day from going septic and death."

Now if THAT isn't a brave attitude, none is!

Brian has a family and 2 little kids.
The expenses concerning his health are high.

Updating with my most recent news...
After a hanfull of pills, finally I managed to feel better and thanks to the sunny weather in Athens, I hope I'll be able to shoot again, especially with the third toy, Santa brought me, A Leica Mini-Zoom 35-70, point and shoot camera for 56 euros

It's black, it's totally discreet, it carries the red dot for much less than some thousands of euros and I can't wait to get out street-shooting with it!

#The-Yard-Collective is running perfectly smooth at last and I am happy to see it constantly growing to a large street photography community.

The recent few days I was not able to take care of my personal account, concerning my friends' new postings. The reason for this, is that first I was not feeling well, since Monday (bloody weather changes!) and second the conversion of #The-Yard-Collective to a Super Group, demanded (and still demands) a huge amount of time!

So I had to fav and run, not being able to read your journals at the same time.

Bear with me, till things get smooth again and in the meantime...
